Since its 7 over 9 times 3 over 5
it'll be
7 3
_ X _
9 5
you can simplify 9 and 3 to:
7 1
_ X _
3 5
from there, just multiply straight through 7 times 1 and 3 times 5:
7x1
___
3x5
EQUALS
7
_
15

7 over 15
