Lion King.
This musical is an extravaganza, the likes of which has never been seen on stage before. With a cast of 40 actors, but not a trace of human existence on stage, this musical has won more than 25 awards in 1998.
The Lion King features five songs - as composed by Elton John and Tim Rice in the original film, with additional African and South African music. This unmatched production has giraffes strutting, birds swooping, and gazelles leaping on the stage.
