Wipe down the oven with a plain wet cloth a few times and then liberally sprinkle Arm & Hammer baking soda in the oven and turn it on low for 90 minutes that should do the trick.

Use a wet rag to clean the inside of your oven first. Wash and wet the rag every few wipes. Then make a mix of 20 parts warm water and 1 part lemon or lime juice. Fresh squeezed orange juice works as well. Then wipe the inside of your oven with the lemon water mix. Turn your oven on for 100 degrees for 15 minutes.

White vinegar diluted in warm water is a good old fashioned remedy for all sorts of different smells, but remember to rinse well when finised.
