Because they are a franchise and so they buy the rights of the name but work as a seperate entity charging their own prices.

Location and overhead are a huge factor in what you will end up paying for. It cost them more its gunna cost you more

they are usually franchise so can charge what ever so depending on the custom they charge accordingly the bigger the concern usually the smaller the charge xx
