I've been tasked with creating a team-building program to help boost company moral and team spirit. Thus far, I was thinking of hosting a Mazola party. Basically, it would involve a large, padded room with plastic sheeting on the floor. Everyone gets naked and oils themselves down with Mazola, or some other type of oil, then start running around and trying to catch the one they want to boink.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

you won't be with the company long if you try that, how about signing the company up for a ropes course. check with your local YMCA camp

Create an emergency situation and see how team can get together
to solve problem(irate customer in labor, power out and no communication w/outside and you need to get something heavy
off co-worker, hostage situation) just use your imagination.

Good idea...
Maybe something like a paintball war. Then you have teams that you have to work with and it's fun.
