you should drink at least 1.5l per day,, i started drinking only water (2 l a day )but still eating normally and i lost 5 lbs in a week.!!!!

I probably drink 3 - 4 glasses of water...and most of that is at nighttime. During the day I drink Diet Coke and coffee -- horrible I know.

I drink 6-8 bottles of water everyday...if not more

I only drink water after I'm done working out although I should probably drink more.

I think I drink around 3-4 glasses, should be drinking twice that much.

2 bottles of water...but then soda or gatorade or milk or some form of liquid....u r supposed to have 6-8 glasses of 8 fl. oz. a day

I drink about 64 oz...I should drink close to a gallon.
