I had an incomplete miscarriage about two months ago, which means the baby didnt come out my hormones just dropped, so a month ago i had a D&C to get the baby out, I had to quit having sex for two weeks, but as soon as the two weeks were over, I was back at it with my husband...unprotected. Now I am a few days late on my period, but I am having cramps like I may be getting my period, but the cramps arent as bad as menstruel cramps...could i be pregnant again? or is my body just adjusting from the surgery?

Extra points for not following your doctors advice and abstaining from pregnancy attempt for a few months. You may or may not be. Like all important questions this one will take time and patience to wait and see. If there is no period in the next 3 weeks go to the doctor right away.

It's very possible you could be pregnant. Your body is very fertile after having a m/c. I've had 2 myself, I'm sorry you had this happen to you, it's a horrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. I would wait a few more days, then take a pg test. If it's negative and your period still doesn't show up soon, take another test after a week or so or call your Dr and see if they will do a blood test. Best of luck to you.

The best way to know is to take a test and talk with your doctor. i had a miscarrige, everything came out, 3 weeks later I was pregnant with my oldest.

you could be!! i just had a miscarriage on 1/31/07 and now i'm pregnant again but didn't think so, take a test to find out.

you are probably just adjusting to the surgery, but double check just to make sure.
