Where is there a Mages Guild Hall in Oblivion on the 360?

Every city has mages guild halls.

If you are a mages guild member with a decent security skill, there are GSG's in Chorrol mages guild and the Arcane University (In the main lobby and the mages quarters if you have access).

If you download the Vile Layer expansion, you can cure yourself without having to go through all the hoops of the normal cure. Simply use the Purgeblood salts.

both the Fighters Guild and Mages Guild.
