Yes. Barbecued rattlesnake. Tasted like chicken. In fact the food we ate off the grill in the desert on that trip was better than the crap buffet back at the hotel in Laughlin NV.

Yes! I have eaten a snake (well, one bite!).
It was in a vacation trip to Thailand. The restaurants have LIVE snakes and you can pick which one to be cooked! yUCK!
My friends ordered the Sea Leopard Snake. They ate it and forced me to eat a section...but I took only a small bite!
It tastes very sweet/salty and very silky. But it was not disgusting. I did not throw up or anything. It was "weird". So I would say it was good in a weird way.

I had rattlesnake at a restaurant near the Grand Canyon. They do it in little nugget type bites. Fried and pretty darn good. It doesn't taste like chicken fried, it has it's own taste and texture. Just watch out for little bones.

A few different varieties(mostly of South Pacific origin), some were good, others barely edible.

No but I was bitten by an anaconda in Venezuela a couple of months ago and I really wanted them to kill it so I could eat it, but they didnt. TRUE

Yes, once when I was a kid. I don't know what kind. It tasted like chicken, seriously.
