The booing doesn't help but for $27,000,000 a year, paying fans they have the right to express themselves.

He just needs to relax and focus on just the game and not all the media distractions.

I dont like all the fatty- fat- fat- fats who Boo A-Rod at Yankee Stadium, lets see them hit a Homerun at the plater...Renember this IS Yankee Empire and once youre in pressures on because fans expect big when youre their. He still did have a fine season, 288 Average, Over 30 Homeruns, Over 100 RBIS..Impressive, but not good enough for A-Rod. He puts way too much pressure on himself when he comes to the plate and the fans booing him makes it even worse. So, we can just be paitent with him this year. Hes a future Home Run king and he adds a big bat in the line up as well as high jeresys sales (Yankees Cant Lose That), although fans can show their anger freely, they also want something from a insane 27,000,000 contract.. I say.....

GO AROD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me being a long time yankee all yankee greats get booed.
For A-rod making 25 mill+ a yr he has to do better then what he has been doing in the post season with the yankees all the yankees care about is winning championships not how well arod does in a season.
Wow some people say they are aord fans and dont even know that he dont play 1st base he plays 3rd

I'm a New Yorker, and I boo A-Rod.

Why? Because I'm a Mets fan and I hate the Yankees.

The poor guy's been made into a scapegoat of sorts. Its too bad, really. It's been so blown out of proportion by the media and some of the New York fans just went with it for so long that there's practically no way out of it now unless A-Rod is, in fact, perfect this year.

Fans Have the right to express their opinion. If they want to boo that is their right. It is "A" Rods job to listen to the boo's with his 252 million dollar contract.

I agree but that's just New York fans they do it to the Knicks too,A Rod just can't take it to heart like he does,he knows he's a good player so he shouldn't let the fans get to him.

Really the way the fans treat him is horrible,You'll never hear Boston,or Met fans booing their players!!Well he only has 1 more yr of this BS and he's gone!! We'll never find a 1st baseman as good as him!!

I agree. He has his good days, and he has his bad days. But that is no reason to boo him. It's not fair. I understand that he gets paid millions for being a good player, but lighten up! Nobody's perfect, like you said, and he's not the only player that messes up!
GO YANKS!!!
