In particular near East London. Any information on other parts of South Africa would also be appreciated as we will be travelling around the whole country (well a lot of it!).
Know any club/company websites that would have info?

Hi Pete, you're a brave man - I don't do heights but did go up Table Mountain whilst on a working trip last year. Wow fab views from up there and I believe you can rap jump down (abseiling but facing forward - sorry if you knew this already!). However, this website may help you and there is a forum on there, some people may be able to give you their personal feedback. http://www.climbing.co.za/routes.asp On here you can check by province - e-mail me if you need assistance with province information / location (I work for a South Africa tour operator http://www.visionsofafrica.co.uk/)
Also the South African tourism site has a little info too

Good luck and enjoy your trip
