No. He did voice him in the movie, but not on the tv show. The guy who voices Kuzco on the show is the same guy who plays the vice principle on Phil of the Future. His name is J.P. Manoux.

No the guy that does the tv show isn't the same guy that did the movie. The guy that did the movie is David Spade (who was Dickie Roberts) I freakin LOVE that movie :)
