if it's spring time, u can get away w/ a bright color such as yellow or orange or something...! but make sure they are high quality, fun and trendy shoes or it'll look WEIRD!
i think the classiest would be Cream colored shoes/pumps/sandals (white wouldn't look as good). or u can be really safe w/ black or brown (brown and green are natural combination in my opinin too)

You could wear a different pair for each occasion.
Wear a nice low heel in beige or taupe for the 1st communion.
A dressier high heel in off white, taupe or something with gold trim for the wedding.
Then a neat sandal or classic pump in taupe or tan for the graduation.
The greens don't really have to match. Sometime wearing a deeper color is fine, say a dark green. That is always a good look.
You could also wear a multicolored scarf with the pantsuit that would give you a bigger variety of colors to choose from.
The possibilities are endless.

I would do a nude/beige pump. that white rule is so old nobody goes by that anymore. Although do you want to wear the same outfit to all 3 events you will be in many pictures, try 1 more outfit to the middle occassion. Have fun!

the rule about white before Memorial Day is out. I would suggest a bone, taupe, off white, cream. Stay away from Black and dark brown as it will bring the eye down to your feet.

Hmm, I think white would look fine with pale green. Or beige or off white, they'd all work. I wouldn't go for black, but possibly brown.

Not knowing the exact shade of green I offer this advice...
I WOULD NOT do a bright color. It will look unusual (to the least) with a pale green. I would stick with a neutral colored shoe. I liked these....

Black would work. and Brown should work.
Could you wear a brown/black top under the suit jacket? Then with accessories-- purse, shoes, jewelry, this looks classy but still fresh and springy.
(white shoes might work too, but my concern there, is that you might look too pale all together.....)
Hope this helps!

White or off-white would look great! most people don't abide by the 'rules' of white anymore, and those who do are probably in their 80's anyway ;)
Now go have fun at these events!

frequently of thumb, u shouldn't attempt to verify ur eyeshadow with ur clothing, eyeshadow might desire to supplement ur eye coloration. attempt a salmon purple, plum, brown, or dark woodland green. probable the lighter colours because of the fact u have blonde hair. and attempt a depressing brown eyeliner and mascara.
