No, It's not the >LAST< hope.....But from the Moonbats answers here, it sure is one that they can place their "Hopes" on/in.
What makes it so funny is that the >Very< scientist that coined the >theory< of "Global Warming" ,and even it's name, has also become one of it's biggest detractors!

no.....there are more issues that could topple capitalism. there is no way in the world that capitalism will die in the us........that is not an issue........who really want a socialist government, not me.................i like things how they are, well i dont like bush and all that, but swinging from free to controlled is absurd for this country........is would have to be a huge regism to overthrow this country so far down to get to socialistic living....................nope is my final answer

No. Is that what your stance is about, protecting the big corporations that care not one single iota about you? Seriously I would really like to know what is at stake for you to just think we might be making some kind of impact on the planet? Are the small little things we can do on a personal level such a big inconvenience for you or is it that you like giving the corporations control of the air you breath and the food your eat, that way you don't have to be a decent human being, right? The issue is about taking control of our lives and destiny everyone has a right to clean air and oceans and pollution is NOT A LOCAL event it effects everyone. So if taking personal accountability is socialistic I guess it is what is...

Not the last, just the latest of many and the next in a long list of more to come. Socialists will never give up. Every generation will fight the good fight against them. Socialism however does have a structural flaw, being that it is contrary to human nature it is doomed to fail, unfortunately millions of people suffer under it before wiser heads retake control

No. Mass immigration of the impoverished and uneducated (and therefor malleable) to wealthier countries is another way they are hoping will work.
EITHER it will create a permanent serf class, OR it will create material for their revolution, and they figure a 50% chance is better than any other chance they have.
