She says it's a bit higher than a step stool, so it's just high enough for her to paint the ceiling. I say use a ladder, the chair is dangerous. Who's right?

I always use the chair to change light bulbs. i also painted using a chair but my Husband came in and finished for me because he didn't want me to get hurt? so why aren't you?
