Besides industrial farming, bovine growth hormones,
mixing the ground up "inedible" parts of the cow with the other cows' food, and antibiotics given to the cattle to prevent them from getting sick due to eating their friends, it's a pretty good burger.

Also, heating a burger from 40 degrees to 155 degress should take longer than 15 seconds, that creeps me out.

Every restaurant has it's slip ups and every chain has one or two horror stories, but all in all, I would bet that the inside of your McDonalds, quite sanitary. It's what happens bfore that you might want to look into.

Ugh.... I have an endless list. I'll just give a few

1. the food is not fresh....who knows how long those hamburger and fries were frozen before McDonalds microwaved it
2. everything you eat is made on a factory production line
3. your food is given its taste by chemical additives, not natural flavors
4. the food is crap- 99% fat, cholesterol, sodium, and sugar

First of all, English, please...
McDonalds food generally tastes like shait, and they pay low wages, are unheathy, unethical and unhygenic. Gigantic areas of the rainforest are chopped or burnt down to give grazing land for the beef cows. Millions of millions of species are exterminated because of this business.
They don't think about the people who buy this crap, only about the money.

They say that because the food is high on fat and the place is dirty I heard thats the number one food poisining place because the fast food makes you barf and when you work at mcdonalds and help make the burgers and stuff you'll never eat there again you dont want to no what is in the burgers. yuck yuck yuck!

Well, because everything is covered in grease! The buns, and the pop contain High Fructose Corn Syrup, a product which stops your brain from being able to recognize that the body has had enough food, and the french fries have beef in them, but I don't see any beef. Where is it?!?

McDonald's is not disgusting and dirty. It's just fattening and bad for you but it's cheap and it taste pretty good. There is nothing wrong with McDonald's as long as you don't eat it every single day.

Disgusting? That's a matter of opinion, it's probably rather clean given the state of most fast food establishments in comparison. The majority of the food is low quality and poor nutritionally, but not nearly as bad as some people would have you believe. "Supersize Me" is hardly a subjective piece of evidence to base one's entire opinion on.

Im sure that any place that can serve you a burger, fries, and a coke in less than 30 seconds is bound to have a couple flaws. It's either complaining cause the service is too slow or complaining cause its gross!!

McD's has an international reputation for having unbelievably unhealthy food. Eat the chicken fajitas and the yogurt parfait. Everything else is a fat bomb.
