I had a miscarriage last week and I was wondering if bad dreams could put stress on you and your baby while sleeping?

thats a really good question...never thought of that. bad dreams are just memories in your long term memories that seem to come up when you are in your deep sleep..usually REM sleep. neurologically I do not think it will effect your baby.. BUT sudden movements when you are having your nightmare will effect your baby obviously

If you are waking up and not getting any sleep, but i hear that baby's in the womb don't experience stress/emotions as much as if they were outside the womb.
