All of them except the 18th Amendment, which started the Prohibition (banning of alcohol consumption) Era in the early 20th century. This is also the only amendment to have ever been repealed (cancelled) by another amendment.

The 18th Amendment abolished the sale or manufacture of alcohol in the United States. This amendment was later repealed (erased). All other amendments are currently in effect.

first of all, an amendment is an addition or correction. such as a P.S. (post script) is in a letter. therefor, the only one in effect is the last one. The better question would have been, which Bill of Rights do we have left that have'nt been "Amended" to the point of incomprehension.

All of them! The only one repealed was prohibition, I believe.

I know it is popular to say they are all gone but that isn't reality.
