It's not fair, I eat really well with plenty of fruit and no rubbish stuff, I drink at least 2 or 3 litres of water a day and do a minimum of 5 hours exercise a week. I should be in peak condition and feeling great. I feel rubbish!! I don't do drugs, I don't drink very often so what's going on? I never want to get out of bed, my body aches a lot and my joints are in a terrible way when I do any exercise. I can't be ill because I've felt like this for YEARS!! Any ideas? (My GP is useless, by the way, he wont do anything unless I am actually in fear of dying of something)

I'm the grand old age of 26!! And I've had blood tests and they said I'm all well and dandy.

I have fairly regular blood pressure checks, so it sure isn't that and I'm only just over 9 stone, so I'm not obese or anything.

Some people have a vitamin B12 deficiency and have to get a shot every week or two and this seems to really help with fatigue. It's an easy thing to try. There are also sublingual vitamin B pills that dissolve under the tongue that supposedly go directly into the bloodstream ( B vitamins do not absorb well in the digestive system so regular vitamins won't work). I would try the shot 1st. If it does the trick then see if the sublingual pills work.

well you sound like you are doing all the right things.
Could you not see a different gp?
You mention your painful joints which is concerning although you dont say your age?
I would ask your GP to do some blood tests routeenly to check you are not anaemic and check for arthritis etc.

I would see another practioner because it
sounds to me you have a blood pressure
problem. I take medicine to keep my pressure
down and sometimes it gets too low.
When my blood pressure gets too low, I feel
like laying down someplace. I feel sluggish
and can hardly get one foot in front of the
other. Of course it could be something else,
so see another doctor. Good luck.

Do you need a new bed?

What kind of exercise are you doing? If you feel that bad, stick to walks for a couple weeks and see if it makes a difference.

Do you drink a lot of tea? or juice? or coffee? or soda?

Take supplements?

You don't mention your age, so may be normal result of a well lived life, or not.

Well I gave it a shot.

Change GPs. You sound as if you are really presenting with a problem and my suggestion is you go for a second opinion without any delay.

Sounds like you just need to go get a blood test to see if anything is going on.

You could just be lacking certain vitamins or minerals in your diet.if not, has your doctor given you a thorough check to see that its not something like ME,or fibromyalga, which would explain feeling achey and lacking energy.

Maybe your mildly depressed or stressed or something.
Try some meditation, maybe you just need to chill out, do a bit of soul searching, innerself and all that, best of luck.
