Are women apt for some key posts like men?

Men are usually in many key posts. I accept that Women are not so suited for that when comparing to men..But I want know what is lack in woman?

Nothing. The few anatomical differences (strength, mainly) between men and women are not a barrier to entry in almost any job.

When you say "Key posts" I assume you are not referring to manual labor. That removes strength from the equation, and little else remains.

The difference is social. Nearly everyone has been socially trained to believe that women should have different roles. These beliefs are so universal that in certain roles, women or men are scarce. Nurses tend to be female; rugby (American football) players tend to be male. It would be difficult for a high school to put together, say, a women's rugby team. Not enough girls would sign up, and how would they find a coach?

Ah yes, sports. Why do they segregate by gender? It's one of the few places in modern society where the biological differences actually matter at all.

In many cultures there is also a socially trained concept that says women are "inferior" in some way. Balderdash. They used to think the same about black people and Jews. Some English even mistook a monkey for a Frenchman.

I believe you are asking if women are better suited for certain key government or civil service posts... is that what you are asking? Rather than if they are more apt to post on yahoo... because if it is, you may wish to indicate that and give an example like would a woman be better suited as a negotiator or something of the sort.

Woman is, by nature a late starter, otherwise there is no difference between men & women regarding any type of duties.
