Mouse Gestures - recognises patterns made with the mouse so you can go back/forward/home/ whatever just by moving the mouse with the right button held down
Tab Mix Plus - makes firefox tabs even more useful by giving you lots of extra tab options

as a webdeveloper - the webdeveloper plug in on firefox is a massive help
at home i also have stumble installed

I like IE Tab, for all those sites that are Internet Explorer specific.
