My son is almost 11 months old. He is getting his top two teeth in at the same time. I know he's vomiting from the excessive saliva in his mouth from teething, but is there anyway to keep him from choking?

I have three kids. Never experienced one vomiting from teething. Did you talk to his doctor? Poor thing, your probably miserable. Teething and puking. This too shall pass.

Try restricting his diet to low acid foods and perhaps offer an antacid if something like calcium carbonate is safe for an 11 month old.
