You can find this in any road atlas or by using an online mapping service.

According to Yahoo maps, it is 470 miles from Richmond to Cleveland. They estimate the trip would take about 7 hours; I'd budget a bit more than that.

From Cleveland to Seattle is just less than 2500 miles and from Cleveland to Portland just over 2500 hours. The estimated driving time is around 35 hours either way. Of course you will need to figure in stops for meals, breaks, and overnight rest.
