Obviously a Ball is a sphere, it rolls and it is not a stable. So common sense would dictate to not use a ball as a stepping stone when trying to reach things that are above ones reach. Yet there are people out there that will use it as such a tool, fall, break something and sue the company that makes that particular ball because they didn't say it couldn't be used in such a manner. What goes on in peoples heads?

UMMMM for one people act like they have no common sense
for two some people love to sue companies for $$$$
for three i think that all retail stores should ban playing or throwing balls in the store

Law suits are easy money! People know it would cost more for the company to go to court, so they settle the case out of court. That means the company pays a large sum of money for them to just go away. I think there should be a law to imprison people who perpetuate frivolous lawsuits. Both attorney and client!

Isn't it just unbelievable how stupid some people are. That should be a no brainer, and if they sue for that, they have no case, or at least shouldn't. Besides, if they are that dense, they kinda got it coming to them if they fall and break something. can you say, dee dee dee !!.

You would think this would help to prove some of Darwin's theories, but instead these same people just keep on reproducing. Natural selection would demand that they would all have died off by now.
