Worry is a more persistent, intensely emotional version of concern. Concern is more objective. With concern, you involve both sides of your brain and look for solutions. Worry can overwhelm you.
Both concern and worry may be triggered by small or huge problems, but worry mostly goes in a negative cycle without leading you anywhere.

Societal fixations such as personal mobile devices, internet, TV, have plunged much of the world into a virtual experience whereby they live vicariously rather than interacting in genuine manner. This might appear harmless, benign, and even useful. The effect is quite the opposite though. The harm is in the passivity of an entire culture, a condition of extreme vulnerability whereby zealous leaders with personal agendas are able to easily practice mass manipulation. Concern is a vanishing characteristic in global culture. Anxiety's all there is outside of the opiates of fantasy and denial. Tragic, since concern is a Godly characteristic fashioning both the American Constitution and Canadian Charter of Rights. Concern leads to compassion and letting it be known in the spirit that we are active in support and prayer. Prayers are answered to the reversal of impossible odds. This is an infusing contribution of light and salt, both cleansing, preserving, enhancing. Anxiety wizens, desiccates, usurps. Vampiring, dark, without source, anxiety is a no-brainer, literally. Anyone surfing in front of a big screen can do anxiety, and do it well. Concern, though, effects compassion in action and serves mankind like little else.

Yeah, I would agree that worry is much more subjective than concern which can keep a very objective track.
With concerns, you can make a list of issues and think of the best way to tackle them, but worry is like a little bird that keeps pecking away at something, you may know it is unrealistic and that you have no real evidence that is something to worry about, but worry away you do all the same.
