I don't see why not. The only thing that plays any part at this time is the dryer sheet.

Dreft is a marketing ploy, in my opinion. Just buy a dye free fragrence free detergent and you can wash all the clothes together (unless someone works with chemicals or some other dangerous substance that should be washed seperately anyway. Or, still wash baby clothes seperate, but don't waste money on expensive detergent like dreft. Ok, off my soapbox. Bring on the thumbsdown, lol.

they can be dried together. If you wanna know a secret, you can Wash your babies clothes with regular detergent! unless the doctor says they have sensitive skin but in that case they would not tell you to use dreft, it has allot of dye and perfume so its really the same thing as the other stuff just more expensive, if your baby does you have to use free and clear, which has no dye or perfumes. That's what i have to use for mu daughter.

Use good discretion, if they are normally soiled clothes and get pretty clean during washing it should be OK, but if you work in industrial waste or the like, No don't wash and dry them together. The big problem with and drying them together is they are a lot smaller then your clothes and it's easier to lose them in the process. Babies are people and are developing an immune system, so don't get over board in sheltering them or you may be doing more harm than good.

You can dry them together! Also Dreft or Ivory are often unnecessary. Try washing one item like a onesie with your regular detergent and let baby wear it. If the baby doesn't have a reaction, then skip the Dreft...its expensive and often unnecessary.

I guess it depends on the detergent you use for your clothes. If it has a strong scent, I would wait until your baby is at least 3 months to be safe.
I actually use All free and clear and unscented dryer sheets and you can wash baby clothes with your clothes.

They should be dried seperately too. If not, there's a chance that the dyes/perfumes from your clothes could get on the baby's clothes and that just defeats the whole purpose of using Dreft in the first place!

I wouldn't throw them in with my gardening clothes, but as long as the other laundry is clean and of similar color, why not?
Dreft is not really any gentler than other detergents... it is just dye free. You could use any dye and fragrance free detergent and acheive a similar result.
Definately do not use liquid fabric softener with the other clothes, and don't use fabric softener sheets either, as babies can have allergic reactions to the fragrance.

I always dried seperate, If you use fabric softener sheets, no don't dry with your clothes. Otherwise, I don't know how much that would hurt. Unless there is detergent transfer in the dryer.

I've been doing kids laundry for 12 years now...the only time I separated was when they were really little and their skin was more sensitive...When they were around 6 months I started washing everything together and drying everything together. All my kids are fine with no skin problems. I don't think it's necessary to separate.
