out of the 13 squads who is the strongest captain from and who is the second strongest

Yamamoto is considered to be the strongest captain and second strongest would probably be Zaraki, or at least he has the potential to be the second strongest.

Well, as far as brute strength goes, I think it's probably Kenpachi Zaraki, Captain of the 11th squad. I know he hasn't reached any higher levels with his zanpakuto, but I always wonder what it would look like if he did! The sheer power that he shows without even taking the reiatsu shielding eyepatch off - oh boy! (^_^ Ken-chan is So AWESOME!! I sound like Yachiru... LOL)
I think I'd probably pick Kuchiki Byakuya of squad 6 to be the second strongest. Maybe... It seems so effortless when he's in battle.
Ichigo has had the hardest time in a fight with those two, so that's what I'd base it on.

For me Zaraki Kenpachi is by far the most fearsome of all the captains..considering that he still has no name for his zanpakotou..he have not yet reached shikai and neither bankai..yet he has this tremendous power that is needed to be suppressed by the monster eyepatch that is personally made for him by the research and technology squad...
but still i like Captain Hitsugaya with his Hyourinmarou unleashed..I'm a dragon fanatic...^___^

Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryūsai - captain of the first division who is the strongest one
Soifon - captain of the second division who (I think) is the second strongest.
