please explain why. is it cuz you like the story line or its funnier be specific please!

I like them both. The Simpsons is totally classic, and both shows have a story line that splinters off into nowhere, which is brilliant. But the Simpsons has a little more intelligence in its humor where Family Guy has more shock value. I tend to sway with the classical brainy approach.

Currently I like family guy better. They push the envelope and the show right now is funnier. If I had to choose between the Simpson in lets say the 5-7 Season or family guy I would pick the Simpsons. But since the Simpsons has been on for a million years there really is no where else for them to go. It's tired and I think the show will end soon. (That's why they are making the movie).

I like both...but i do feel that family guy tried to tap into the simpson style...ex..fat lazy alchy dad, goody toe shoes mom....brainy little sister...stupid brother..and smart baby...it's too similar. But the simpsons is funnier because the story line varies and they don't use the same tired...."remember when i...." line in every other sentence. So, I like both but The Simpsons are better

I think the Simpsons is funnier and better than Family Guy. I never got used to the dog dating human women and the baby talking like he's Frazier. That's why I dislike the Family Guy.

The Simpsons they are much more calm and not too explicit like Family Guy. Family Guy is too explicit and not funny. The story line of the simpsons is better too because I wish Stewie and Maggie would switch places, she would talk instead of him but anyhow the Simpsons act smarter and with more common sense than Family Guy. Think about that. Im out.

I like the Simpson's better. I think that the Family Guy is kind of annoying. They take a joke and just keep going with it, to the point where it's not funny anymore.
The Simpson's always have a good storyline, always clever, always funny.

Family Guy bcuz I have yet to see n-e cartoon compare 2 it. That show is sooo hilarious. Most of the time I laugh so hard I start crying.The Simpson has never been funny to me.

because sadly enough its like looking at my own family!
yes its true!
my dad is a lazy beer drinking tv addict, mom dyes her hair blue constantly and my brother is a total pain!
i of course are an excellent A grade student and adore my dummy sucking kid sister.
ok i lie!
but after all this effort dont i deserve the point!

though I am a fan of both I have to say family Guy, Mainly because the simpons have been on so long now it has lost its edge. Family Guy pushes the limits almost ever show. Simpons will always be a classic though
