have you tried to use Windows Media Player 11? If you don't want to, you can download the k-lite codec package at http://filehippo.com (look on the top box on the right column). The codec is what you are missing from your computer to play the movie.

I hate to say this but you need to download what is called a codec to play the file. Here is a like to help you out with the minor problem,--->
