I have the numbers (I think), but I don't know how to use them.
I live in Norway, and I have no earlier experience from combination locks. It is a Master Lock padlock produced earlier than 1999, I think.
The numbers are:
Red Padlock: 11 23 0
Blue Padlock: 6 28 14
(I've got two)

I don't know what way I should use these numbers. Clockwise, counter-clockwise, then clockwise again? Tried some combinations, but I'd like to now for sure, so that I have it black on white.

Thanks!

Start by turning to right to first number. turn to left and go past second number and stop on 2nd time around. Turn back right to last number and open shackle.
