I like to work out then fix dinner and relax with a glass of wine.

Have some dinner then go out for a 20-30 minute walk. Then settle down with the pc for an evening of yahoo answers!

I grab some apples and carrots, some snacks for myself, call the dogs to come with me and spend a few hours at my horse pasture, feeding the apples and carrots as well as their evening meal. I might take a book to read or just sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Sometimes neighbors stop by to chat and sometimes it's just me and the animals, but whenI go home, I am totally relaxed and happy.

Kick back on the recliner with a nice glass of brandy or wine and
some classic jazz on the stereo

I open the door there to greet me is my dog with a big waggy tail & the look of heaven that makes me feel good enough to take her for a walk.The stress melts away.

lay down and take a nap and prey that I get at least 30 minutes of sleep. then help with the kids.
that was my old routine, the kids are gone and the stress is gone so really I dont know but thanks for the points.
