I am hoping someone can give me a little insight to the true scope of D.N.C. plans for continuing the war in Iraq. It seens to me that the Democrats have done everything they could to keep the coalition from reaching an end to the Iraq portion of the global war on terror.

Their focus is only to get out of Iraq . It was NEVER to win in Iraq . To win in Iraq , would be a loss for their party and a win for President Bush . When it comes to supporting America - it just isn't in the heart of today's Democrat Party . You will never hear a Republican consistently blame America first , no matter what . It has become the battle cry for the Democrats . The main-stream media schmoozes up to communist tyrannical dictators in their efforts to slander all things American - in keeping with the liberal agenda .

For the most part democrats don't support the war. If they had been given honest information instead of the crap that bush and cheney fed them, I doubt they would have voted for it.
This war is not one WE can win. It is now a civil war and it is not our duty to choose sides. Even mr. bush admits it's a civil war.
I've yet to hear mr. bush or cheney actually offer up a solution. We just keep hearing, "have patience", "we need more troops".
I remember the day this war began. We were told we were going to get in and out quickly, maybe within months. Well four years have gone by and things are worse then ever. Our troops are dying needlessly with no end in sight.
This war has divided our country and damaged our credibility.

Because the sooner the LibDems can end the war, the sooner they can get their greedy little rat claws on some more money .........

Just dont forget that the DNC invited an Imam with ties to Hamas to say their breakfast prayers. Dont forget they support CAIR, an organization that supports terrorism with "aid" money.

This is it folks, the LibDems are trying to kill America from within, and your idiot Liberal neighbors are helping them to do it.

I'm a Democrat and I was never in favor of going to war in Iraq.

I've watched over the last few years as mistake after mistake has been made in that country. I don't want us to leave Iraq. I want us to help that country get back to standard of living that they had before the war. I want them to be able to live in peace.

I don't believe that anyone has a plan to accomplish that.

This "Republican" war is lost, same as Viet-Nam, the Republican leadership does not want you to know that the war was lost the minute it started because they, and their constituents are making tons of money on the blood of American serviceman, on a war that can't be won. It is a civil war, it does not concern us! Get out now! or get kicked out later, after gallons of American blood has been spilt, and then, everyone will be blamed except these sorry asses republicans. But thats OK, they will have made their blood money.

Democrats have realized that it's not a war, that it's a failed occupation, and our national security will be far better served by stopping the constant waste of money, and embedding ourselves as an unwelcome interloper in a sectarian war.

We should be patrolling the borders, and making it impossible for weapons to get in. The iraqis don't want peace, aparrantly, and we can't force it on them.

Because that might make President Bush look good & hurt the Dems in the next election.

Democrats don't look at the bigger picture. They want peace now and that's not an option I'm sorry to say. We can either fight terrorists over there or they can come over here and we'll have another 9/11. By that time they might start fighting but then inoccent americans would already be dead.

By positive conclusion do you mean having kids die for the next year or so? I mean there can really be nothing positive about this war. We want them home.

The war is already lost. It has deteriorated into a civil war and it is spreading thoughout the middle east. We need to get out before we cause more damage.
