ok so I'm not literally a wuss. But I just can't get angry, when someone trys to cause conflict or argue I'm clueless. I can't come up with a come back at all. This leaves the person thinking they can easily pick on me - this useually leads to me punching them in the face. How the hell can I make it clear to someone that I'm not a victim. How the hell do I come up with great comebacks?

You could spend some time formulating a list of simple, but effective, responses to general put downs or accusations.

For example, if a person demands to know why you acted in a certain way, you could say, "Even though it seems obvious to me, we aren't communicating right now. Let's try to address this issue later, when we are both calmer."

Of course, you could use the vernacular of your particular sub-group to express yourself in the current jargon.

Instead of resorting to fisticuffs, try this "respond to reason" approach.
