Not only is it ok, it is designed to do that. Turning it off when not using it is probably worse for it. Just make sure you have encryption set up so people don't hack your computers.

While leaving Internet Router on all the time is fine, you should take note of the router heat. Overheating might kill your router.
Also note that any devices run 24/7 will cut down its lifespan. Of course, you might have replaced the router before it die, consider that a router's lifespan can last more than 3 years.

Its ok to leave it on. But you must protect it with a strong password and also make sure the firewall (of the router) is designed enough to block intruders.

yes it is fine it will get hot and leaving it on might be one of the reasons of slow internet so if you fine that the internet slows down only keep it on for continueusly for a week or something like that

It depends on how long you use the computer for. I think its best to switch it off overnight while your computer's off, some of them can overheat. It saves energy that way too, better for the environment :).
But I don't think it's that much use switching it off for an hour or too... it will just slow down your connection

never turn off either your router or computer, there is no need to, they hardly use any electricity and it does less harm leaving them on than turning them on and off every day, also schedule your antivirus to update every night while you are asleep... everyone is a winner

It shouldn't hurt anything but you might want to unplug it once in a while to let it rest up because they can get quite hot. so if anything fell on it like a towel it might start a fire.
