A simple way to do it is to mix some Dawn dishwashing liquid in a bucket of water and wash them down with a sponge. You can also use spray application degreasers (like 409, Simple Green) with a rag. Be careful though, many spray ons will say do not use on painted surfaces. So if your cabinets are painted don't use it.

Just pre-spray with a white vinegar mixture - or I like using 409 kitchen then wiping with an old cotton t or a rag. This shouldn't damage cabinets.

Simple Green is good, you can get that just about anywhere, Walmart, Sam's, grocery stores, or Greased Lightening is good too. They are both spray cleaners.
