I wish I could offer you more hope, it has been two years and I have not heard a thing from either my lawyer or the Social Security Administration. I am sure the lawyer has no interest in hurrying things along because the longer it goes the bigger his settlement. You might try writing your Senator, or congressperson and they might be able to help. .

You need to see an attorney. You probably do qualify for disability, I can't imagine that you wouldn't. You have a few options, one of which is filing for bankruptcy, which will most likely save your home. You need to apply for housing assistance, food stamps, TANF, and anything else available in your area. Contact your local Department of Human Resources (sometimes called Dept. of Human Services). Also, contact your local Housing and Urban Development office. There is aid available for you, and some of it may be available immediately. Please, make an appointment to consult with an attorney ASAP. Most will take your case on a contingency basis; no win = no fee.

Yes; the ADA is a civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on disability.

SEE A ATTORNEY AND REQUEST A HEARING TO WIN YOUR DISABILITY
ALSO SEE OTHER DOCTORS TO GET REPORTS FROM THEM
