Well, you really should report.

How do you react when this happens?

Try giving a glare, and being cold for a while after.

You aren't clear what, exactly, the person is doing, aking it harder to advise you.

BTW, it wouldn't be YOU making the workplace uncomfortable, but HIM doing so.

Get this sparkling is she harrassing you because of the fact she is transgendered and feels which you courting transgendered people is a few form of own insult? Is it only old formed jealousy on account which you're no longer courting her? All i'm saying is while you're claiming sexual harrassment and prefer to take it better you're able to desire to be careful approximately using transgendered in describing the female otherwise she'll counter declare you're using her transgender as a ability of discrimination. of course being transgendered isn't something to feel embarrassment approximately, yet harrassment interior the placement of work could have a tendancy to get very political. the final concern to do is get to the basis of what her genuine concern is and supply her the prospect to be certain it with you in a miles less public way. If she nevertheless persists take it better, there will be corporation procedures in place, yet be beneficial to get rid of any terminology or words which would be construed as discrimination. you're able to desire to furnish sparkling examples, ideally interior one in each of those a diary and attainable witnesses to situations. it could get nasty so do stay away from it if attainable. supply her the prospect to be certain it, yet leave her in little doubt you will take it better if she includes on.

Just talk to them as an adult to an adult. Let them know you like them as a friend but feel they have started to cross a line. It shouldn't make any uncomfortable situation as long as they don't take it the wrong way, which you have no control over. If that doesn't work then you will have to take it further and report them. But try talking to them first and see how it goes. Good luck.

If you do something about it, it will be uncomfortable. Pure and simple. Either report it, or suffer. It really is that simple. If you don't stand up for yourself, no one else will stand up for you.
