Not unless you have restraining orders in place; that would apply for each person harassing you.

There are laws, print out the emails and get a restraining order. If they keep trying to harass you, they'll get locked up, plain and simple. That would look good for you if you're going through a custody battle too.

IF you are going through a divorce, and know that the family is causing problems the best thing to do is not to open emails from those people. First, its stuff you don't want to hear. Second, they are fixing to not be your family. Third, they could be sending you more than a nasty email_virus, spy-ware

Harassment is against the law. Make sure its all from the same family member. Get a lawyer and charge them. Once one is charged you'll see that all of them usually stop it. Make sure you have the proof, transcripts.

Any type of harrassment is still just that, harassment. Keep track of all your e-mails and print everything up. Give these to your lawyer and let him or her know what's going on. If you want them to stop you may also consider letting these jerksd know that your lawyer has copies of the harassing e-mail sent to you. Go on the lawyers advice though first.

it's the same thing as harassing on the phone. except you can block their email address and if they make any threats print out the email and go to police. if you are near mass i can break some knee caps for you. JK

I think It would just be considered harrasment. Print the e-mails and show your attorney. I am going through a divorce now and i keep detialed records of all phone calls and everything and when i meet with my attorney i take them to show her.

Yes. In most states, it's not permitted to have harrassing comunication. Email falls under this statute. And it kinda stupid to. You have the proof to show the judge.
