I have a case comming up, and its mostly like a he said she said thing. Can I get them to give us a lie detector test, or do I have to pay for one? I just need for the truth to be heard!!!

lie detector test can not past the Fry test to be admitted into evidence, this does not mean it can not be allowed in, the problem lies since it can not past a fry test, the other party will have to allow it, does not happen often

as far as I know lie detectors are not admissible in court.

You will have to pay for it. It may not, however, be used as evidence in your case. Quite frankly, it's a waste of money.
