I have been to the one at the RIO- it's ok but I want something different.

If your into sushi, or even if you are not, in the mall in aladan, behind the hotel is a sushi buffet. possibly Tokyo one or something similar. My wife does not like sushi, so she eats the regular food. For the price it is decent. lots of cooked food and lots of raw food. Ask to walk the buffet line first, they will let you. Also discount coupons in many tourist mags.

By far the best seafood buffet is MAKINO'S in Las Vegas.
They are exelent and very Clean!!!! The buffet is clean and the food is well presented. The shrimp is clean and the Sushi is superb.
If you like sushi, crab legs and jumbo scallops you will absolutly LOVE Makino's. There are 3 locations in vegas. I am from California and we have Onami's in So. Cal and is just like that. Try it you will never eat at a hotel seafood buffet after you do.

It's not strictly seafood, but Paris has a great Buffet. The Bouillabaise is excellent!

The buffet was delicious at the Flamingo when I went last year. They had plenty of seafood to choose from and a lot of other choices too.

There is an excellent buffet at the Rampart Casino. You can even have seafood with brunch.

wow! harris (it's harrah's) and aladan (it's aladdin)? ... let's get the spelling right guys.
anyway, to answer your question ... and i hate to break it to you, but there are no good buffets in LV. i know that's not the answer you were looking for, but, it's true. the only thing that's decent at a buffet is breakfast, cause you can get them to whip you up an omelet, but other than that ... thumbs down.
