Hello! I'm a senior student at FAU, Boca Raton. I've gone here all four years and I absolutely love it.
In specific term, you said you wanted to pursue Health Administration/Management, so you'll be in the School of Business -- the largest school at FAU. It's in a beautiful building, lot of great professors, lot of guest speakers, and as I understand it, plenty of internship opportunities. A lot of Business majors double-major -- for instance, Management and Finance.
General aspects about the campus:
The wikipedia page on FAU pretty much says it all. Hundreds of clubs, Division I sports (our football team is playing UF this year), a new dorm JUST for freshmen, 24 hour study center, movie on the lawn, late-night ultimate frisbee, Starbucks, buffet, etc. You can actually park on campus -- no waiting for the bus in the cold.
People wear FAU stuff all the time. People are laid-back and approachable. Campus is very safe -- I walk around at midnight with no problems whatsoever. I can't think of a single event in the last year that has happened to anyone. It's Boca. That's what it's like here.
I'm not sure what part of Florida you're from, but if it's far away: we're five minutes from the beach, huge Barnes and Nobles plus a Whole Foods across the street, right next to the mall, bars/clubs in every direction (go north ten minutes and you hit downtown Atlantic Avenue; go south a bit and you hit up Miami)
Downside: we don't have an official $90m football stadium until 2010. We also don't have Greek Housing until about then either, but I know for a fact that some of the bigger Greek organizations (like Sig Ep) have a house off-campus. Those are the only two things I can think of right now and we'll probably have those before you'd graduate. We're likely going to build a temporary football stadium on campus while we build our actual one -- the actual one will be part of this huge Innovation Village with the stadium, housing, and a whole bunch of retail. I've seen the drawings and it's going to be awesome.
In any case, I hope that was helpful. I know what it sounds like, but it's just because it's a great place. Hopefully you'll check it out. And no matter where you go, definitely definitely definitely get involved on-campus. Life is 1000000000 times better that way. BELIEVE me.
Have a good one!

FSU. My brothers went there and they seem to love it there. (I went to UF) But it really depends on you what school is right for you. FSU is large and can overwhelm a lot of people. A smaller school would be better for some people that don't want to take classes as big as 180 students in one classroom. Good luck trying to get face time with the profession in those classes.
FAU, UCF and USF are great smaller schools even though UCF seems to be growing by leaps and bounds.
UWF is out there in Pensacola and has a nice small campus. Very serene. But I don't think it has the major you are looking for.

Here is a general rule of thumb:
The best public university in a state is usually called The University of
The second best is usually called
The State University. Despite being second best, it may sometimes have a better engineering program, and usually has the only good agricultural school inthe state.
Anything with a compas direction in is is usually not as good -- like Northern University. There are exceptions to his when the school is private -- for example, the University of Southern California is a very good school -- but not a public school.
Bi-directional schools -- like North-East University should be avoided like the plague.
Florida fits these general rules (a few states, like Ohio do not -- others like Pennsylvania can't fit -- because U of P is a private Ivy League school).
Given these rules, we would expect FSU to be better than UCF, USF or UWF -- and it is. But no school on your list is as good as the University of Florida, which is one of the bette state universities.

It will depend on what your major is. Check out the dept of each college you intend to major in and use that information to decide. After all it is your future you are deciding.
