"Your mom" or "Your mother" is funny, in my opinion, because it is so un-funny, especially if used liberally. Some good comic timing helps with this. I work in a small office with all young people. Therefore, "Hey, phone for you on line 1"..."Who is it?"..."Your mom"...never ceases to be funny. Use it as an answer to ever question, inappropriately (ie. "Who was at the door?"..."Your mother, she said to tell you that she can see you when you're masterurbating.") Oh, it's comic gold, but not for everyone....

what does this have to do with fast food?
"your mom" isnt funny but "yo mama" is. people are supposed to take pride in protecting their mothers. When someone insults their mom, it's funny for the insulter.

What's funny about disrespecting someone's mother? By the way, it is universal. No one, regardless of race, appreciates any negative comment about one's mother.
