Any suggestions what I can do when I see my ex? He is staying super near me and I will see him now and then. I already try to stop contact but what if I bump into him? I am really trying to get this guy out of my world but whenever I decided, we either bump into each other or he will sms me some stupid sms.

If you bump into him be polite and say hi but you can't talk cuz your in a hurry. or pretend you don't see him. but the mature thing would be to say "Hi, Bye! Got to go!" Your protecting your feelings. But don't answer his sms. He'll get the picture.

Ignore lol..to me tis is a challenge for u to overcome.wen u bump into him, smile and look @ him as another stranger wic u mistakenly bump into..and for the sms, see it as wrong no. wen ever u see him, pic sum1 else in ur mind..think of something precious or try to make urself pre-occupied only for tat mmt. tat always help!

Tell him to stop sms'ing you and that you really dont want to hear from him at all. Tell him this asap... I've bumped into X's before and its always hard for the first few months. Just keep yourself busy, and tell him to leave you alone. Good luck
