Last July, the temperature reached 54 degrees C., in The Valley of the Kings.
According to the locals and people who have been working in "the valley" for quite a few seasons, that was the hottest day in memory.
I am sure there are similar places in the isolated mountain area's.
But no one is there to record just how hot it gets.
I would say the The Valley of the King's is the hottest place in Egypt, that is frequented by humans.
Edit typo is temp reading C. not F. sorry!

Places such as Luxor , Aswan and the few oases in the desert Southern Egypt experience the high temperatures regularly recorded in the country , btw these places have an almost perfect winter climate: dry, sunny, and not excessively hot.

if you mean hot as in weather , then luxor and Aswan are the hottest places,
if you meant hot as in fun and lifestyle then it's Sharm-el sheikh and Hurgada
