If you can bribe them across the fence with a pork chop or hambone at night then that would count. They would physcially be on your property during the times you are not open thus providing a security system that Wells Fargo doesn't offer

I would think if you paid your neighbor a monthly fee you could take a write off. You just have to be a little creative in the way you add it to the ledger.
