You can purchase email lists from on-line marketing companies. However, you really don't know how "fresh" the lists are. So you may end up paying for addresses that are no longer valid.

There are tons of places to get a free email address. Yahoo, hotmail, lycos, opera.com, aim.com, etc. do a google search. Speaking from experience though, having too many email addresses gets very tedious. It's hard to keep track of them all and it's hard to remember to check them all. I used to have 10 email addresses and now only use 3. One for family, one for friends and one for contests. The one for contests is the one that gets all the spam :) It's also the one that gets used when I join a site that asks for my email address.
