it was definitely Steve Stevens who used to play for Billy Idol in the 80's, not sure if they still work together. Incidently, It seems a lot of people think Satriani did this song as I've seen it mislabeled everywhere through the years.Probably due to the fact that less people are familiar with Steve Stevens.
