when i go to the page, there's so many choices i don't know exactly which to download, i have windows xp please tell me which

Don't use AVG, Have you not seen on here all the times that AVG users ask for help; "Help I have a Virus & AVG won't remove it ?" there are far better free AV programs out there, The AOL free AV program which is Kaspersky watered down is far better than AVG.

Down load the free trial version is free for 30 days, than it turns into the free one, when the free one is there download avg antispyware its free also both do a great job.
