I think it only fair to read all responses before picking a Best Answer.
Sometimes it can be really tough to pick which one is best out of many good ones.

It depends.
If i ask a question, and only one or two people answered it, I would choose the first person who answered my question as the best answer.

Yes I do. Some answers can be out-right stupid. But I re-read them, and I star every answer (good or bad).
