Each player gets two hole cards, then there's a round of betting. Deal three community cards (the flop), then a round of betting. One more card (the turn), betting, one final card (the river), final round of betting.

deal 1st card to the big blind and then around the table until each player has 2 cards, you will be the last to get your 2nd card.
after all players have bet on they're hand, burn(remove)the top card. present the flop(3 cards) and players bet.
before the turn(4th card) , burn another card. players bet
before the river(last card) burn another card and present the river
